Summer Digest 2024

The 2024 Walmart Canada Summer Digest was designed as a seasonal lifestyle shopping guide that brings together summer fashion, outdoor play, beauty and home inspiration, among others. Built around the themes Summer Fun and Summer Living/Refresh, the digest uses bright lifestyle photography, clean retail layouts, and Walmart's recognizable blue-and-yellow brand system to create an easy, optimistic path through summer essentials.

The creative direction balances aspirational lifestyle moments with practical product storytelling. The fashion and lifestyle sections use sunlit beach imagery, activewear styling, swimwear, skincare and beauty products to communicate warmth, movement and seasonal self-care. The home section shifts into softer interiors and warm product photography, highlighting bedroom refreshes, outdoor toys, tableware, appliances and decor in a way that feels approachable and idea-driven.

Across the digest, strong price hierarchy, rollback badges and product callouts keep the experience highly shoppable while still feeling editorial. The result is a flexible retail system that supports multiple categories while maintaining a consistent summer mood: fresh, bright, useful, and family-focused.
